I think I love a 5th Grader. Problem- I just graduated 8th Grade. I really do think I love him. He isn't hot or anything, but I get this feeling when I'm with him. Like it's peaceful- nice- calm- floaty. I also go out of my way to hang around him. Problem 2- his brother, who is my friend, and my age, thinks that I like him, and it's unclear whether or not he likes me. I sorta like him, but I do really love his brother. Is it bad to love someone so young? (DO NOT say I am too young to love, it is not true.) (if that's all you were going to say, shove off)

i think the only problem here is that this kid is about to enter a very life-changing phase. im your age, and have found myself attracted to people that age, but they are so close to change drastically, physically, mentally, AND socially. he may seem really sweet and calm now, but watch out. im not trying to stop you from loving sum1 that age, i'm just warning you that he's about to change, A LOT.

It's going to seem like a big difference in age when you're that young, but only being 3 years apart really isn't a big deal when you get older. It might be best to wait a while and see if these feelings are real, or if it's just a phase you're in.

Love is a funny thing, but true love can be shown through adversity. If you really love the 5th grader, then time will tell. I think you should be honest with his brother at least and tell him that you all should just be friends.

Why does everybody say that you can't love when you're young? I don't get it. Look, you must define your feelings about him and think about it very seriously. Then tell him how you feel(to the 5th Grader).
If you really love him you'll understand it.

...well i wasnt goin to say that you were too young to love...but yes i do think that that might be a problem ...i mean if you guys did start to date when you get to high school your groups start to change and ....you might change and hell still be in elementry or jr. high ...so hell most likely be like hes always been but youll change trust me! i think that you should just push ur feelings down and just be friends with him.

wow thats a tough one well i guess ur liek 14 or 15 right and he is wat 10 or 11 well i thknk that is sorta wrong wellfor him its like ya he can tell his friends he is going out wif 15 year but for u its like eww (that wat ur friends gonna think )u goign out wif a younger guy and they might say ur desperet
