You need to use a GOOD skin care line. Mary Kay has a great skin care line that also has specific products for acne prone skin. foundation is not meant to be used as a cover up. It is to even out your skin. For coverage you want to use a concealer. Clinique makes a concealer with salicylic acid which is great. After that try the airbrush foundation by Philosophy. It will blend in great leaving no lines.

L'Oreal True Match Blendable is what I use, it's awesome! It has a matte finish and the coverage is so good I don't always need a concealer on blemishes, but it is very natural looking.

I have been using bare minerals and it works well...less is more when it comes to covering acne and healing, make sure all your applicators are cleaned and disinfected weekly as well. Make sure you are still using a moisturizer even if you have oily skin, because your skil will try to compensate for dryness with oil otherwise.
