B6 worked well for me, I took it at bed time. I also kept wheaties beside my bed and ate a few slowly before I got out of bed. My friend also suggested a small bowel of ice cream or something like before bed and it seemed to help to. I wish you the best. All these helped but the only thing that really did it was hitting the 12 week mark.

Relax, eat only what you're hungry for and when you are hungry. Maybe eat dinner earlier on in the evening or later. Wish I could help more, I know how you feel; went through that twice for the 1st 3 months and the last 3 months. Good luck! Hope you feel better.

Try eating just soda crackers (Saltines); if fluid is needed any brand of ginger ale or 7-up seems to help. A medicine if you have some in your chest is any motion sickness tablet.

My doctor gave me reglan which is supposed to be non toxic to the fetus and it helps to cause intestinal motility and move things along. Because the nausea is caused by food staying in the stomach longer than it should. I also used more fiber. and cool clothes on the back of my neck and plenty of fresh air. Oh and he said that I wasn't hydrated enough and to drink more fresh water. So maybe drink a glass of water before you go to sleep...

I found that this second pregnancy was worse. I think it has to to with a lack of sleep. Try to take naps, and keep something in your stomach at all times. Even if you are eating french fries for breakfast. Once you find something that you like and keep down stick with it.
Good Luck!!

Eat something before you get out of bed in the morning. Ginger tea or ginger ale. Cucumbers really helped me, I have also heard watermelon.

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. I am at almost 8 weeks and I am still feeling it....
Good Luck!

Sounds to me like your having a Girl!!! With my daughter I had bad morning sickness and it lasted throughout the day. With this pregnancy it is alot smoother, and I'm not as sick... This helps me with my morning sickness, cut open a Lemon and sniff it. (I save mine for later to eat it with sugar)
