Hand wash with cold water, and soap of course. Its best to do it b4 it dries out.

If the stain isn't huge, you could try peroxide. You could also use laundry pretreatment, or good old soap and water. Don't put the garment in the dryer until you know the stain is 100% off the dress!!

as soon as you notice it (and if you are at home) run it under as cold of water as you can get. It will take it all out. I had a bloody nose at work one day and was able to put on my gym shirt. It took out the entire blood stain. Somebody else told me to try a shout wipe but the water had already done the job. Best of Luck.

What type of fabric is the dress? Is it a fresh stain or one that has set?
also, heloise.com has lots of household info, including laundry care.
In general, I use Shout and then launder as usual.

soaking the spot in warm water and usign peroxide should work then wash it as normal. Don't dry it until you think the spots gone. the dryer will set the stain

try oxy clean and bleach and all the cleaning things you can! i got a stain in my fave pants and it didnt come out. sry hon!
