Right now, the Czech Republic, there is a possibility that Italy may tie up with them, though.
But, no seriously, there is no way that there could be a country that is "evil". That's barely an idea completely based on life expiriences. Now, there are going to be tonnes of people saying "the US", but if you look at it when was the last time that there was some sort of National Disaster that we heard of and didn't atleast try to help? I think what's happened is that other countries, and some people here, have seen us do so much for other people that we are expected to help every one, we can't do it, it's just not feasible, but we do our best to help others in every way we can.

Finland. Have you seen all of the metal bands that come out of that place? I'm firmly convinced that Finnish people are all Satanists, Vikings, and Heavy Metal musicians. I'm pretty sure the metalheads are the Finnish equivalent to our Emo kids. They weren't evil enough to be Satanists of Vikings, so they got depressed and wrote songs about it. If anyone is actually from Finland, please don't take me seriously.

Probably the west as a bloc i guess...But no one country can be evil per se....Being evil is on a case by case basis....

I guess it depends on what side you're on. I don't think that any country is evil- they just have different perspectives.
