I access internet using a cellphone network. My signal strenth is low and I want to reposition the antenna and need more cable.

With no signal loss, you use zero cable. But in answer to your question, lengths of up to ten meters coupled to an appropriate antenna would still be applicable. A quick search yields:

"30 meters of new 75 Ohm hardline has only about 3.77 dB loss at 2 GHz"

Hardline is expensive and difficult to bend. Standard coax has much higher loss at high frequencies. Do you gain more from the better antenna location than you lose in the feedline? Best way to find out is to try it.
