Hate the sinner. The sin its only the act. The one who acts upon an sinning act is the sinner. I does not make sense to hate an act. You can only hate who does commits it. Acts of sin are part of human life only. Therefore acts of sin and sinners are too. Hate the sinner not the sin since the sin was created by a sinner.

The sin is not doing wrong. Sin is just someone's perspective. The sinner maybe doing something that society condemns, but he/she thinks is right, no matter what he/she is doing. The main question you should ask is are you in a position to judge someone? Then if so, why hate?

Yes
Pray for God to help the person repent of the sin.
You can love the person but as a follower of Christ you cannot condone the sin.

some times but there are some things that you can't get over like rape and molestation. i don't think it is possible to love people that can hurt people like that. if it is at all possible then you should love everyone
