I'd have to presume that you mean a very tiny penis. Given that while we are developing, the penis and clitoris come from the same original tissue, no it is not too surprising. Go to Yahoo! and type in "clitoris" on the search line, then hit "images" on the menu above. (warning this is sort of graphic) You will see all sorts of variations.
Some people have blue eyes, some people are tall, some people have clitoris that are penile in shape...congratulations, you are what makes the world interesting.

When you find the right person, no matter what you look like, guys don't care. They just want to see you naked.
My advice - be proud of yourself for being brave enough to ask the question. Don't be ashamed. Everyone has something about themself they think is different. That's what makes us people. I don't think it's weird. I'm sure the person that falls in love with you won't care either, normal or not.

The condition is not common. It is however well documented.

A person born XX with normal female internal organs but with "masculanized" genitalia.
Hell just enjoy what god has given you. It is probably more sensitive the what either a "normal" man or woman have under their panties.

you should go to a gynecologist. You may have a condition where you have part female and part male parts (know as a hermaphrodite) it really isn't anything to be ashamed of. You will only truly know the answer to this question if you go and seek some medical attention. Best of Luck

I really don't know exactly what you mean, I mean I don't know what it actually looks like, but the clitoris and penis are very similar organs and have a certain degree of similarity. Yes you are normal.Clits are like penises and come and all shape and sizes.There is nothing wrong with you but if it bothers u than talk to your doctor.
