Definately excercise and eat healthy... I know that is such an over used answer but you would be surprised at how much good it can do for someone. One of the most important things you can do is watch your carbs, cut down your mean proportions (do not starve yourself, or you will have an even bigger problem than what you started with) and when you get hungry and want a snack, don't go for junk or anything that is in the sweets group. You need to reach for an apple, banana, orange, or carrot instead. If you like raw veggies, get a low fat dip to go along with it... it makes a wonderfully tasty snack! Carrots and bananas are also the best foods for healthy skin so you would be gaining a lot more than just a slimmer body.
I hope you take this advice seriously becuase it is some of the best!

Eat a lot, but noyhing containing refined sugar. No sodas, no cakes, no candy or ice cream. I guarantee you'll lose at least 5 lbs. for 10 days...
You can eat salads, chicken or seafood(never mix them with dairy-it's a toxic combination). Fruits, veggies with light dressings, containing NO SUGAR, preferably olive/sunflower/walnut oil or balsamico. Give up white spongy bread from the supermarkets and buy only wholegrain unsweetened bread rom a local bakery.
Just cut sugar and animal fat and you'll be fine. But don't go back to them-you'll get even fatter...

There is no easy way to do it~ just be careful, and remember if all those diet pills really worked, the whole world would be skinny. Just don't hurt yourself, It's really not worth it. Just eat smaller portions and try eating 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 larger ones.

Diet & Exercise.
No eating after 6 pm, and if you have to try fruits. always squeeze some fresh lemon on your food (lots of grilled chicken) or when you drink water.
In the mornings, eat 1/2 a pink grape fruit... it will help a lot
Again light on your food, lots of salad, chicken, fish, water, and add fruits as snacks.
try walking or light jogging at least 3 times a week.

do not skip breakfast. cut down on carbs. eat healthy with smaller portions and exercise. drink plenty water, if you don't care for water you can add crystal lite flavoring. if you want a soda make sure its diet. i watched what i ate and cut down to 26 carbs a day and i dropped my weight quick.
