No, I don't think that.
I think you have something else going on, more than you are saying here, because what you are saying makes absolutely no sense at all.

I'm not sure what you're asking. You and you partner---what partner? You mean you are lesbian and you have a female "partner?" Or do you mean you are not married and are living with a man who is not your husband? Are you from another country? Do you have citizenship? I can read the anger and frustration in your post, but not much clear information.
I would think if you can be approved for a loan/mortgage, any real estate person will sell you a house. If you are looking to rent, then the landlord has the say over who can rent the property or not---as long as they do not discriminate against race. Ahhh, there you go....the loop hole. Go find yourself a loop hole.

Hello Ms. V. Pollard, do the decent hard- working people a favour and get out there, earn some money and buy your own place. It is not what i pay my taxes for to fund you in a little love nest just because you decided to have a baby and I am insulted that this question has even surfaced. It speaks volumes of your personal character that you would consider having a child purely to secure a flat, and I hope your boyfriend reads and sees this for himself.
I have a child and my own home, car etc and both me and my fiancee work hard to make sure we are self sufficient.

why is the law crap whats that got to do with getting a house if you want a house either go to work and get a mortgage like the rest of us have to or go to an estate agent and rent, simple. You are sad if you are going to have a child to get a house, the answer to your question is no i dont feel that all i can do is get pregnant to get a house, because i go to work every day to pay for my house i had my child when i had a secure home to bring him home to, did you go to school? The country is in need of less scroungers.

Move to a bad neighborhood. Then anyone will sell you a home and all the houses will be for sale. Jus make sure you strapped, got ADT, got a cro-bar by your window, got a Doberman Pinscher (I would say a rottweiler and pitbull too). And when you do have kids, make sure they get in the house on time, watch their colorz, and give them whoopins, and work out so you can beat the crap outta them when you want. Yes honey, tha law is crap. As N.W.A. put it, "**** tha Police!"

No - you could just work very hard like we had to and earn it. We had no special help, we just work our butts off and are happy to do so. It's called being grown-up. Getting pregnant to get a house would pretty much prove you aren't grown-up enough to have a child. Life doesn't owe you a thing. The sooner you realise that it's all down to you personally the sooner you will get what you need. I wish you well.

Why don't you try a HUD program. They help young people who are starting to build a family. Contact your local HUD office (you can find this in the yellow pages) and apply for a federal loan which comes with a very low or no down payment policy.

It sounds like you have the downpayment money but can't find a house you can make an offer with.
I say talk to your realtor. Get prequalified for a mortgage.
It's hard to answer without additional information.

Do it the old fashioned way: Work, save up, be patient.
Also, people will respect you a little more if you wrote in plain English and not like a nine year old sending texts.
