You don't actually say why you think you have early signs of arthritis, nor do you mention your weight to height ratio unfortunately. If you are very overweight, then the added pressure of the excess weight on your joints will cause pain similar to the symptoms of arthritis. SOme conditions like the way you describe your fingers are hereditory. If you are overweight, it may be worth trying to alter your diet and reduce your fat intake. In addition I recommend you take regular exercise. Swimming is prticularly beneficial because the water supports all your joints and you are actively exercising all your muscle groups. Good luck. If this doesn't work or answer your question, go to your doctor and ask for a referral to an orthopaedic consultant or physiotherapist for further assistance

Yes, I would say it has the potential to become an even bigger problem over time. Don't ignore the warning signs. I have the same kind of nervous personality, but alcohol will not solve the problem it's only a temporary fix. I was sent to tons of therapists in my life for different things, and I think finding a good therapist that you are comfortable with would be an excellent idea for you. They can help you find a new perception of yourself....low self esteem can hurt you in so many ways and can haunt you, I know from experience. It is hard to find a way to see yourself in a new light without a little bit of help. Just remember that alcohol is only a crutch and it will not fix how you really feel inside and can lead to a terrible addiction, which it seems you have early signs of. Alcoholism is a terrible disease, my father's side of the family is full of alcoholics, as several have died from the disease one way or another. You deserve better with your life than that! I wish you the best of luck, and know that there are ways to help treat your anorexia and bulimia and low self esteem...that will make ending your problem with alcohol MUCH easier if you learn how to treat the root of why you are wanting to drink in the first place. :) Hope I helped!

It's not normally reversible, but you can stop it building up too quickly by taking gluocosamine & chondritin. It takes about 3 - 6 months to be effective.
There have been psychotherapy cases where arthritis was caused by anger. When the sufferer identified the person they were angry with & asked forgiveness for their being so angry, the arthritis just disappeared within a few weeks

Q1 about your arthritis What are you eating? if you eat too much acid forming foods or alkaline forming foods your body cannot eliminate the uric acid in your system. you should drink more water than usual to try and get your kidneys to work a little better. Also you should see your Doctor to ensure that you do not have rheumatoid arthritis. Arthritis cannot be cured yet . But it can be managed with Physiotherapy Diet and Drugs.

You may have tissue or joint inflammation from overuse, poor eating habits that include too much acid forming and high salt foods. If you do have arthritis you need to know what kind and how advanced it is. You should have some tests done to clarify your problem

Arthritis is not reversible. However, It can be treated. Visit your MD ASAP. They can run tests to give you the correct diagnosis. My mother was misdiagnosed with Arthritis when in actually with the proper MD she had LUPUS. Make sure your MD is accurate nad always get a second opinion.

a family member of mine has the same thing, there is no cure for it. There are precriptions out there to relieve the pain. You really need to see a Dr. to get this treated early before it gets worse.
