I dont't think most herbivores throw up as often as carnivores.

We vomit to purge material that our bodies think is toxic. I doubt that a giraffe would get sick from eating a "bad" leaf or thistle.

Yes, but obviously, it takes a while to come up. Everything can throw up. It's a natural way that the body deals with any bad subtance brought inside the body.
