Get your hair cut every six weeks or so, as to maintain shape and eliminate split ends. Don't color or perm it, as this will damage the hair. Eat a well balanced diet and drink lots of water.

Hair grows how it grows. Nothing will make it grow out faster or thicker. Hair grows faster in the summer for some reason.

Depends on how much your hair grows for me. My stylist first said to come in ever 6wks to get 1/4 of an inch. Since you hair is doing well she says come in every 2 months and get the same off

take prenatal vitamins. it will make your hair longer and stronger (and your nails too).

you can also get hair vitamins at gnc, but they're expensive and i didn't notice any difference.
