i haven't "leaked" anything in my pad for the last day 1/2. Would it be unwise to go swimming with out protection tomarrow?

what if i did decide to go with "protection" would that hurt my body somehow?

No definitely no, its too soon. Since you want to go swimming tomorrow the sun and the heat may cause your period to continue (harm weather and sun can really prolong your period or increase your blood flow) Use a tampon just in case, nobody would be able to see it anyway.

Sometimes I get "breaks" for up to a day. But then it comes back. I think you should take protection in case of an emergency. It of course depends on you too. If this "break" happens to you usually then do take protection. If not then you don't have to but I would prefer it if you do to avoid any emarrassing moments.

just remember that you should be really careful if you use a tampon "just in case" it can cause problems for you if the tampon is trying to absorb something and there isn't enough to absorb. but you know your flow better than anyone. for me when i'm done i'm done, so i would definatley hit the pool!

I would weight because water might bring it back gust a little bit.Be careful.

it's safe...but I wouldn't want to be in the pool with you, just in case

best to use a tampon if you're unsure...just a "light days" one would do
