All mobiles in UK start with 07 and judging by the amount of digits after it I'd defo say it's a mobile no.

You already answered it for me. I don't have to. If my parents question me, I tell the truth. My parents trust me completely. I never take advantage of it & they know it. My parents have no problem, me, befriending a girl. They're well educated & quite open-minded. So, for me, just like you, No Big Deal!!
