I can offer you one solution that worked for me. Many years ago when I was a kid I had a similar problem. One day my brother and I were salt-water fishing in a rowboat in Long Island Sound. I felt very warm, and periodically would cup my hands into the salt water and splash the water on my face. That went on for most of the two or three hours we were fishing. The next day I noticed a very remarkable reduction in the acne that I had. Now, you don't have to go on a fishing trip to do this, but just adding some salt to water at home and applying it might do the trick for you too. Good luck.

not sure what you mean by no products bc that is impossible. Your pores are secreteing too much oil most likely... unless you have under-the-skin acne, but if you put too much dying products on it you might irratate and over-dry your face. You need to be on oral medications. I tried everything possible to clear up my face, my dermotoligist finally said there was nothing left... until i took Accutane... best thing ive ever done... flawless skin now and even the scars are gone!!

PS keep oils off your face, that includes your hands, and change your pillow case every night and dont over wash your face, use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil

you will have to use products if it's really serious so figure out your skin type and go to a store like bath and body works or h2o and buy a specific 1 face wash, 2 toner and 3 moustirizer for your face. if you notice most reccomended cleansers have THREE steps. if you don't want to use product you would have to change your diet and drink lots of water try drinking only water (no pop or juice, or kool aid) if you don't want to change your whole diet. water is a very easy but important step to clear skin and a healthy body in general

Some say that nutrition has no impact on acne, but I can say IT HAS! My face was very spotty, until I suddenly had a some kind of stomach disease and had to regulate my nourishment. I ate absolutely healthy for about 2 weeks, and it really helped! If you're interrested, write me, I'll tell you more about it.

i swear by these 3 steps.

1. wash face (get makeup off, etc)
2. apply toner or RUBBING ALCOHOL!! (this cleans out pores and kills bacteria that causes acne!!)
3. apply a light moisturizer or lotion (this keep face hydrated after the toners)

i swear you will see results the next morning. your skin should be smooth and glowing and noticible alot less pimples!!

my best friend had what she thought was hopeless acne and i told her this, and she said it was the best advice i've ever given her!!

goodluck!

First, do not pop them!!! As tempting as it might be you will just be making the problem worse (infection speads, bacteria from dirty fingernails etc -get the idea!). Second, Wash your face in the morning and at night b4 you go to bed to remove excess oil and dirt.
Some over the counter meds might help but my best suggestion to you is to go to the dermatologist. they will prescribe antibiotics (pills) and creams. You wont see results from one day to another but over the weeks you should see significant results.

i don't think there is an easy way. try going to your dermatologist, their stuff usually works the best. They usually give you a prescription for pills or some cream!
