yes because their only goal is to please black people i am black myself and i think it is racist you dont see white entertainment television

No, BET is not racist. It is a network designed specifically to represent the people who were at one time did not have a station to call their own that would perpetrate the issues of blacks. Just because it is called Black Entertainment Television does not mean that only black people watch, enjoy or are welcome on their station.
BET opened doors and commercialized what was not necessarily available to everyone twenty-five years ago. BET might have started out as primarily black station, but it has grown and evolved for the best over the years.
Basically, if you think BET is racist then so is MTV or VH1. They each cater more to a specific culture or type of people.

Yes I do. But this is the world we live in. If you are white You have to keep you mouth shut. There will never be WET, Miss White America Pagent, White history Month, So hell yes BET is a Racist Program simple as that.

Definetly not its just a program that reaches out to African Americans (its not like it says only for blacks to watch or something) come on we at least deserve some kind of show that supports and celebrates our race knowing that for years (and still today) we are being held back in so many areas

In some ways i think so, if there was a white TV station that ONLY played white shows, movies, videos, and guests we would be called racists. Right? So why can it not work in reverse?

Racist against who? white people? Its an all black network occasionally they will have one white person in the mix because of affirmative action.......Next you're going to say the Latin channel is racist too.....

No, because BET is an entertainment network that relates to blacks, but they contribute to whites also, just like MTV
