If there is someone who can help me, do you know if the local college has a Summer program for beginners. I want to learn to play the violin.

I doubt a community college would have a dedicated summer beginning violin program, but they might know where you could find one locally. Your best bet is to call up the local schools and/or symphony orchestras to find out what's available. If you can't find a summer program, consider just hiring a private teacher. You'll need more than three months to make much progress, anyway.
