I don't know the name of the episode but the plot is a man trapped in a room, presumably by Russian bad guys in a building across the alley. If he goes for the door the Russian sniper will kill him, but he has to leave the room and catch a plane to freedom. The Russians call him on the phone and he resists answering it. Finally he makes a sucessful break and gets out. the final scene is the smart Russian boss and the dim Russian sniper searching the man's room, they cut to the man at a phone booth dialing, and then back to the room where the phone is ringing. As the boss screams NOOOOO, the sniper picks up the phone and the bomb goes off.

I remember something about a woman, she got a piece of jewelry, a pin, I think. Somehow once she put it on it turned into a monster & killed her. I must have been 4 when I saw that one, wasn't supposed to be watching but I snuck down the steps far enough to sit & see the tv!!! It scared me to pieces but I couldn't tell anybody because I was supposed to have been in bed asleep!
Those were the good ol' days!!!

I love twilight zone! I have two favorites that are both part of the old one, I dont know the names of them so I will just tell you about them
I like the one with the little boy who talks to his dead grandma on the phone because she loved the little boy so much in life that she wanted him to be with her in death.
I also like the newer one where the students are trapped in their highschool by a demon who asks them to choose one person to die or that they all will die. Its been a while since I actually got to watch the twilight zone because I dont have cable anymore :(
