That's from the comedian Ron White. Probably from either "Ron White: They Call Me Tater Salad" or "Blue Collar Comedy Tour: The Movie."

It's a quote from Ron White, one of the comedians from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. I'm not aware of any movie that it's in.

Ron White, the comedian, says it in the Redneck Comedy Tour, but I don't think I've heard it in a movie.

it is from the ron white when he was doing his stand up in they call me tater salad and on blue collar comedy tour he even said it when i seen him in person doing his act in panama city florida at the marine civic center...
