I am going to go with the scientific answer -- no because "if Barbie was a real person, she would be 5’9” tall, have a neck twice the length of a normal human's neck, and weigh 110 pounds, only 76% of her healthy weight. Her measurements would be 39-18-33, .... On top of that, her feet would be too small to support her when she walks."

no if you blew up the preportions to "real life", barbie is 5 feet 9 inches tall. She weighs 110 pounds. Her bust is 39 inches, her waist only 18 inches and her hips are 33 inches. Since the size-three feet on barbie would be unable to support a woman with these proportions, Barbie would have to walk on all fours.

Yes, barbies have the perfect body. Except the part where they can't bend their arms and legs. And how their foot is stuck in the high heel shoe position... what if they wanted to wear flats?

But seriously, I heard that if barbie was real, she wouldnt be able to stand up because her boobs would weigh her down. She is simply not proportional.

No. Barbie is actually unproportionate. If she were life-size, she would be grossly top and bottom heavy with a tiny waist.

first of all there dolls,where it bends at,thats just messed up.
second of all,who likes barbie?shes a hoe.
third reason is that all of there facial expressions and body types never change,only clothes,hair shade and skin tone.
