Your dad is thinking stick with your own race...Racism is gone except for the ignorant people in this world.....You dad should want you to be Happy with a life partner.....But if he is against it...Oh well he will eventually get over it and if not it will be his loss when it comes to grand kids and the whole nine yards. Yo have to do what makes you happy and no one else...Never sell your self short when it comes to happiness. You or anyone does not deserve that in life...Good Luck!!!!

What your dad is thinking is wrong. Racism is no longer an issue for most people and if your dad wants you in his life he is going to have to accept your girlfriend. I would talk to her about her feelings and make sure you are what she wants before you alienate your father. True love is a gift and when you find it you have to hold on for the rest of your life. Good luck.
