In my opinion, there are only very few good reasons not to watch porn. A lot of people will say that by watching porn, you will lose respect for women. I really don't see how it would do that.
Is it that you realize "Oh my god! women have sex? no way! I'm gonna stop respecting them for that." Seriously, it doesn't make sense.
All you have to do is keep in touch with reality. Realize that life is not a porno movie, not every girl wants to ***** you, and you'll be just fine watching porn.
In my opinion, you should not watch porn if you're the type of person to get easily addicted. If that's you, porn just occupies too much of your life. If not, watch it, as you would any other genre.

There really are no harmful reasons to viewing porn.
The reasons why you should not see porn are moral sense, maturity, and responsibility. Some people believe viewing porn leads to bad moral discipline and bad behaviors. If you are truely mature and responsible, I cannot see why not.
Maybe you should ask yourself "Why should you see porn?" Are you going to be obsessed with what you will see? Will you understand what you will see? Will you become less disciplined and moral from it?
My recommendation? Porn has its place, but do not confuse it with everyday life. It is best keep in privacy in order to prevent offending the wrong people. There are people that are offended by pornography and such, and you should be respectful of those people and not impose it on them.

Real sex, and lovemaking, are not like porn. Porn gives people the wrong expectations about sexual behavior and performance.
Porn also dehumanizes the men and women in it. Porn displays the mechanics of sex, without any of the human elements. It fosters the wrong attitude about sex and lovemaking.
People, and lovemaking, are far more than Tab A and Slot B, or C, or D....
Expecting sex or lovemaking in real life to be like the sex shown in porn is like expecting a person's real life to be like the lives lived by the people in The Terminator or The Matrix movies. Real life simply isn't like that.

Sex will become about the intensity not about the intimacy.
You are having a random orgasm with a computer screen and I'm pretty sure that is not what your organs given to you for.
Plus it degrades women and subliminally promotes rape.
My question to you is why should you look at porn?

Do you watch what you eat? Do you take care of your body? In the same way, you should "watch what you watch", you should take care of your spirit too. Porn will degrade you, age your soul and give you the wrong idea about love and sex. Take care of your whole self.

My ex-husband...notice I said EX...watched alot of porn as a teenager and was never able to experience a normal or fulfilling sex life with me or anyone else as an adult.

If you are a young man (and it sounds like you are) occasionally its normal. But its just like drugs and alcohol...it soon numbs your natural senses so when you do fall in love not sex...and she finds out well how would you feel if she turned the table on you...with such expectations you could never feel you were enough for her. Please your the loser if you dont get a grip...famous last words...I CAN CONTROL THIS AND STOP ANYTIME I WANT TO. BEWARE. WANT SOMETHING BETTER FOR YOURSELF. Talk to other who have been thru this. If you take all the good things in life and summarize them such as - "I want to have a good life, wonderful wife, make her happy, be an example to my kids, have higher ideals, be better tmw, than I am today, have maturity, not waste my time, do the right thing, and hear my heavenly Father say "well done good and faithful servant..." then don't participate in pornographic activities.

I want to get my rocks and have fun. I dunno or care about much of anything. Then absorb porn like a sponge.
