I drove from Vegas to Phoenix to see Lollapalooza 2 It was 5-6 hours. the bands on that venue where Red Hot Chili peppers, Ministry, Ice Cube, Soundgarden, Jesus and Mary Chain, Lush, Cypress Hill , Stone Temple Pilots, Temple of the Dog, Rage against the Machine, Pearl Jam, Porno for Pyros and the Jim Rose Circus

about 200 or so, not really sure on the miles, but from the Detroit area to Cleveland to see Paul McCartney. Well worth it, and in the middle of winter with the freeways just ice on the way home in the middle of the night.
