Help with Hotmail account!!!?

I need to open my account in hotmail but i have forgotten the password. I barely used it and know i need it for something important is there anyway i can change the password without knowing the old one? pls its urgent.

Click on 'forgot password?' button. They will ask for some of your details like your postcode and date of birth, etc.

You will be asked the sectet question that you chose when you first signed up for this email account.

Simply type the answer and you will be able to reset the password.

If you forgot the answer to the secret question, you'll have to email the MSN customer support from another email address.

Write back if you couldn't answer the secret question.

You should be able to get Hotmail to send you the password. Click on "forgot my password" and they will ask you some security questions. Then they will tell you what your password is.

And no, you can't change your password w/o knowing the old one.

when ur signing in..somewhere around it it will say "Forgot your password?" click on that.

It will ask you some questions like ur postal code, country and so on..fill them out and click ok or continue ( something similar)

then it will ask you your secret question that you picked when u made your email, answer it with the same answer that u answered when u made ur email.

Then it will either give you your old password or tell you to make up a new one!!

well use the password reminder option then, since that will ask for some details u should have remembered.
if not then your screwed.

when you try to open your account, just click forgot password. then it will ask a security question, i.e. favorite pets name, and they will e- mail it to you

I know that of u don't use it much, they can delete thier account after 30 days.
