What is so special about the cripes and the bloods. Could someone explane them to me and if you wear blue your in the cripes and red is for the bloods. Please someone help me understand.

this isn't exactly a sports questions
and it's "crips" not "cripes"
and the crips and bloods are only two of the most prolific(read big and violent) gangs in world today, although not so much now
