Not necessarily, winamp and Yahoo! Music Engine recognizes the iPod, though I don't know how they organize the stuff on the iPod, however iTunes is very cool and free.

Download it from LimeWire then add downloaded songs to iTunes Library. If you want all songs, press ctrl + a and drag to your iPod.

You could use Winamp anything is better then Itunes in my mind.

i think cuz i have i tunes but i dont have an ipod
