At one time I played Dodge ball, Pinball, and even Tag but now people are trying to take these games away because they supposedly cause bullying. Now when a friend asks a friend for a push on the swing set he/she can’t.

School games do not cause bullying. But they are a means to single out those who are already a target. Firstly a child who is already unpopular will most always be the one perspective teams will fight over NOT wanting on their teams. This causes mental scaring. Secondly, the target is not supported by their own team in most cases. Lastly...They are always the target of the opposing team...dodge ball and tag can be a scary game if you know you are the one everyone wants OUT first.

I hope this helps.

I was an avid Dodgeball player up thru Jr High. All it causes is lotsa fun and the everlasting memory of the sound of the ball when it hits you in the face. PING!!

Environment and poor parenting causes bullying. Not tag.
