I need music, you know, rythym, are there anything that is a website and records music you make? Or something?

I'm not sure what you mean by "music you make" or "make a song" Do you write music, lyrics or both? Are you playing music?
If you are a musician, you can buy insruments and connect them to your computer. Using programs like Finale or Cakewalk, you can play and the programs record what you play.
If you are not a musician you will need to write your songs and have musicians play them for you.

There is a program that can do that, you enter the chord changes you want and it creates the entire background music for you. I don't remember the name of it though. I saw it in a Guitar One Magazine in the back where the advertisements were.

write some lyrics and make a tune. Go to a record company and they'll show u the rest.
