Human nature that is. Do you think that if we as humanity just accept the fact that we are all predjudice in some way, shape or form, against some one, group or thing, we could live a little easier with each other? You know, without having to accuse each other of being prejudice, since that is obviously already the case in just about every aspect of life, politics and religion? Would the fact that I dont like you for what ever reason being told to you in the forfront of our debate, help you and I to meet at a middle ground sooner?

Actually, Sterotyping is human nature, not prejudice. See we sterotype because it is our brains way of filing information and unfortunately, we don't have spam filters on our brains to filter out all the negative things we've come to hear. Prejudice can be overcome but you need to educate people and talk about issue openly. Yes it's uncomfortable for all parties at first but if you can approach it on a Human level you'll find you've more common ground then not. If your having trouble, I would certainly be mindful of your own thoughts and prejudices( as I can see it in your writing already). Keep it real and talk to someone with an open mind and open heart, not a closed mind and closed fist.
