Why is it that all bathrooms in offices are not very private? I have to poop but I'll wait 'til I get home!

Budget. Employers rarely invest in the facilities to make their employees comfortable!

Employers don't want their employees spending a lot of time in the bathroom. They want you to take care of your business and get back to work. Also, it costs more to build privacy into bathrooms.
