We just got married back in August of 2005, we are now separated and filed for divorce. He started staying out all night after 2 weeks of married and lying all the time. any advice?

Clear cut... he moved on.
Sadly this happens. Go through with the divorce and once you have healed, you will find this was a gift he gave you..,. cuz imagine this happening after being married 10 years.....
This divorce is a gift.
Even tho I know it hurts

Looks like the decision has been made to separate and terminate the marriage. What kind of advise are you looking for?
Was there a decision made while you were married to find out why he was staying out all night and lying? Was it something you were willing to work though, cause that's what married people do...work though things.
If he's moved on, it would probably be best for you to move on as well.

Sounds like Representative Kennedy still has some "issues" to deal with... Better break it off now. There are men out there that want a hot sweet biscuit like yourself. Next time, dont pick a smooth good looking guy. See what happens?
