I don't agree at all! You can expect Taxes, pain, and death yet because we can expect those things we aren't likely to be depressed. Being blessed with Parents who set high goals for me in life I have found that the higher the expectation the better the achievement, and even if I do fail to meet the expectation I have achieved more then I would have meeting lesser goals.
