I take all my broken electronics to best buy, or some other place like that, or you could send it back & have the company fix it.

I would go out and buy a new one they are pretty much disposable anyhow. If you're lucky you can put your old one in the new ones package andbring it back with the reciept for money.

contact T-Mobile care. If it's under warranty they'll just send out a new one.

well you need to get a new one. there is no way you can fix the back light. if you fix it your self you will void the warrenty.
