where is the fuel pump shut off switch on a 96 sebring?

fords the only one to uses these if it wount start chage the relay and then check fuel pressure or smack the gas tank with a hamer it will free up stuck pumps temorarily

Do you mean the reset? For after you've been in an accident?
If so they are usually in the trunk on the left hand side half way back. Its a cable with a loop on the end. Not pos about your car though.

It depends I guess...grab a manual. On my truck, it's under the dash board and has a little red nub to identify it.
