Sorry, but crunches won't reduce belly fat. They will tone the muscle, and pull the gut in a little bit, but it won't burn the fat in that area alone. You can't spot reduce. If you lose it from one area, you will lose it from another. I would suggest watching what you eat, staying away from sweets and salt, doing cardivascular exercise at least 3 X per week and doing abb work just as often. (If you're older or have an injury, seek a Dr.s permission first. I hope this helps. I'm a personal trainer.

Last night I did 200 crunches in sets of 50. I saw immediate results. I'm going to do the same thing tonight because I'm only 14 and can't wear a bikini or anything. I'm not big but i am like 10 pounds overweight, but you can't tell by looking at me because it's all in my belly.

There is a new technique out that melts body fat away, it is not lypo suction. But they inject in the fatty area and over the next few months the fat dissolves and is absorbed by the body. Around here (St. Louis area) it is called Lypo Dissolve. I know there are places all over the U.S. that do it too.

A little diet will surely help...!Listen, for breakfast eat a boal of corn flakes(a normal boal)with milk. Then for lunch eat a normal quantity of food followed by vegetables and for dinner yogurt(1,5 or 0% fat) or maybe a toast(The cheese can be lower fat, too) with milk(not too much)... In a couple of months your belly will be past!!!

Work out. Do lower ab crunches or use the bars at a local gym. Lift your legs up and then lower them
