It's incredible, this is the same government who abuses top witnesses when they dare to point out that women commit the majority of serious child abuse and domestic violence. Read a credible source on these things, someone like Dr Warren Farrell.- He used to head the national Organisation of Women but just had enough of society's double standards against males.

Domestic violence- the facts: http://www.csulb.edu/~mfiebert/assault.htm . It's a University website. They don't get funding unless they can prove their case. Note it's studies have been conducted on 107000 people. Big.

The real issue is this: since this was not a real question, how does one judge what is the best answer? Since this is a political question, with various pitched forces of politics battling against each other, I say this: VOTE FOR ME!

Yes, men can be violent. Yes, women can be incredibly heartless, cruel and physically abusive. Civilization is the exception, not the rule. The protection that civilization affords therefore needs to be itself protected. And hence, this is why
anything like "NAMBLA", needs to be removed from the public discourse.

Vote for ME! A vote for me is a vote against NAMBLA and a vote FOR all civilized men and women!

You're kidding right? Most intelligent people realize that child abuse is not limited to men, women spend more time with the children and are more likely to seriously abuse children out of frustration and rage.

I agree that there are women comitting domestic violence, as it too is a function of rage and powerlessness.

I have not seen any double standards against males, as a female I have experienced just the opposite. However, I am not a victim because I chose not to be a victim. The culture of victimization in the United States nauseates me. Life is hard, sometimes you get all the breaks, sometimes you don't. If you don't feel like a victim you'll be less likely to victimize others.

There has been a history of male instigated violence associated with the World Cup for years. These people are all too often using this venue to express their rage and powerlessness. To claim that is male bashing is naive and ingenous.

It's all about which group cries the loudest. That's how they come up with their issues. More people tend to jump on the bandwagon when someone is crying loud. And it's not considered masculine when a man is beat up by a woman. So less are reported. However the # 1 cause of death of women in many states is domestic violence. Therefore they should be protected. It is blown out of proportion though.

Althought I'm not familiar with government bias against men, but it is disconcerting how negatively western society views men, and father figures, now.
