I want to draw an anime character, so who do you like most? What character do you think is most popular? BUT! Listen! I want someone that is good looking, enough to be drawn. So don't tell me about Naruto! The anime series may be very popular, but he is not that good looking to be drawn.

Go for the girls of Vandread. Dita, Maya, Dhura and so on.
Of course if you really tink yu are talented, forget Anime and go Heavy Metal, Wizards, Fire and Ice and try and make those girls.
The problem is not in making stills. The problem is in making action. The more the detail, the harder the animation, and then there is the background.

Sakura from Cardcaptors, Sailor Mercury from Sailor Moon, and Chi from Chobits (to be honest though, I've never actually seen the anime version of Chobits, I've just read some of the manga).

Yeah, I agree with you, Naruto isnt the most great looking guy on the planet, but the other guy on his squad, Sasuke looks downright cool and badass. His "raven hair" might be a little hard to draw, but the rest of him is easy!

Lord Sesshomaru is Number 1. I also like the Major(Ghost in the shell) and Enishi from Rurouni Kenshin. He's a bit crazy though.

I love anime, and draw a good bit myself. I like Vampire Hunter D. I love the orriginal art work and have a huge fan are poster in my bed room of D. I really like Sesshomaru, Koga, Son Goku from Sayuki, Keiki and Shoryu from Twelve Kingdoms, i could go on and on. lol
