If purchased as babies, could they learn to get along, or would nature take over?

They get along just famously - if raised together. I had my baby bunny for a few months before i got my Yolee the ferret & I've had Yolee about 6 months now. They play together just fine! lol it's so funny to watch them chase each other - But they would never hurt each other! Raise them tiogether equally and everything should turn out great. I also have 2 dogs - they all play together!

In the wild, rabbits are a natural prey of ferrets. I'm sure there are cases where they can and do get along, but I personally wouldn't be willing to risk the life of my pet to find out.

I've seen ferrets that get along with cats and dogs so I asume that ferrets would be fine with rabbits.

Anything could happen... Haven't you seen shows were mice and cats, or birds and dogs get along? Every animal is different though, I think if you did that you should watch them for a long time before leaving them alone

I wouldn't recommend it. It's far more likely that their natural instincts would take over instead of the rare snake and mouse getting along.

I'd be very wary about mixing the two. Once is a herbivore and the other a carnivore. Your best bet would be to raise them from a VERY early age together and keep and eagle-eye on them.

With enough training any two animals can get along. Their are story of mice and snakes getting along
