Call T-mobile customer service and ask them that you want to place a phone unlock order (use these terms, so that you know that you know what you are talking about), and it depends on the person you are talking to you. they might not ask you alot of question, just your IMEI/ serial no and an e-mail they will forward the unlock information to, it takes some while for them to send you the information

It can't be unlocked for all other carriers. Only T-Mobile and Cingular have interchangable phones given they are both GSM. Each motorola phone code has a unique unlock code and you will need to acquire it from a third party who has a copy of the code list. Thy can be found on a simple google search. The other option is to contact motorola customer service and see if they are willing to help.

CALL THE OTHER PROVIDER AND T-MOBILE AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU CODES TO PUNCH IN.
