Here are a few rules about showing boobs....according to me
1. Don't show them if you are ugly or fat. This is a fact of life that you must realize. People do not want to see ugly or fat people naked.
2. Don't show them to police officers on duty. It is my understanding that public nudity is against the law.
3. Don't show them to women. I don't think that they will appreciate seeing them, unless they are gay or bi-sexual.
4. Don't show them to men wearing wedding rings. While these men may like to see boobs, their wives might not be very understanding about it and get upset at you.
5. Don't show them if you are married or have a significant other. It may upset them to see their loved one showing off in a way that invokes sexual feelings in other people.

no, it's not wrong. It's really just another body part. the only reason people make such a big deal out of it, is they don't see it much. If women here were vails all the time, It would be considered indecent to show your face too. People are stupid basicly. It doesn't hurt anyone, so it's not wrong. Remember, boobs don't kill people, people kill people. But I don't suggest flashing them on a busy highway, cuz it could be distracting and cause an accident. It's not your fault people are so easily distracted, but it's still not a good idea.

No, it's not wrong as long as no kids around. Well, if you're somewhere where it's a cultural norm, then the kids aren't a problem, they're used to it. But don't go blowin' their poor little 13 year old boy minds, here in the US of A.!
Otherwise, if you want to show 'em, have at it, girl, and enjoy. Doesn't bother me any. I'm an RN and have taught self breast exams to too many people to be freaked out by boobs!

This depends on the kind of woman you are, but so does everything in life. In my opinion publicly showing your boobs (titties,breast,rack etc..) is obviously not a turnoff but it leaves less room for the imagination. If I see I woman flash her boobs I would know about 1/3 of her bodies physical attributes (boobs, butt, and genitals). On the other hand if I saw a woman with a nice tight non concealing blouse, it would make me wonder how she looks under that. Hope that answers your question.

Let the doctor be the only other one. Have more respect for your body. Nobody else will. I would hate to be in a restaurant eating my food and seeing all the boobs everywhere. I would be sick to my stomach and want to leave. When you really think about this its not a pretty sight. Imagine if you had to go to the grocery store and everybody was nude, both men and women. I would want to stay home and raise a garden.

No it isnt wrong- we were all born naked and clothes are just an invention of humans. Females in Tribes in Africa go around showing millions there boobs everyday on the discovery channel and the learning channel and noone says a thing and its no big deal. So no its not wrong

You mean like the time me and three gal pals were cruisin down the road in her convertible and just for fun we started yankin' our shirts up over our heads to show our hooters off to the other drivers? HEE HEE caused a lot of accidents that day !!! LOL Who says ya can't yell fire in a crowded theatre?

One way or another it depends on you. Think about what you would feel like after you should your breast others.Is it a good or bad feeling, do you still feel proud of yourself. If you can feel proud of yourself then sure.
BUT if you do show yourself off, remember NO one has the right to tell you what is right or wrong when it comes to your body.

No.... because everything is in mind and all I can say is even Mother shows them to feed her baby for milk but only cheap eyes will see and think wrong.

I don't get this question. What's the implication, that one should go topless or just show on demand. Get real. Unless you work for the industry that pays for that subject, then I suggest the answer to your question is WRONG (^:^)
