Almost all employees hate their boss

I am disappointed in them, not so much hate, just a lack of expectations. Unprofessionalism and a lack of sincerity towards the others.
Some people are either jealous of their boss, just disagree with them or have a problem with authority. Its not always a workers fault.

ME. Actually my boss now is cool but my previous boss was such an idiot that when he found out that half of his staff was looking to quit, he told on us and ratted us out to his boss instead of addressing it. When his boss told him to deal with it, he made us stay extra hours to get HIS work done and make HIM look good. What a douchebag.

"Hate" is a little strong in my case. I'm totally iritated that someone so inexperienced and, in some ways CLUELESS is my supervisor. I'm doing the work of 2 people because she doesn't take the time to see what it is I do on a daily basis--we haven't met one on one in MONTHS and that just pisses me off!
