Does anyone remember that old show quantum leap, where that poor guy sam kept leaping around in time and had to fix things?
I never got to see the last episode, and its been bugging me ever since!....does anybody what happened in the last episode?

Yep- he did get back home- in the last few episodes something happened ( Can't remember exactly what) but Al was doing the leaps and Sam was the hologram. He got to see his wife for a bit- she wanted him to stop leaping. In the last episode, he started running into a lot of people he had been before. He told his wife he had to do it a bit longer and something happened. It said he was stuck leaping forever.

He got his budd Al, back his 1st wife, which was the only woman he ever truly loved. THEN, God apparently sent him leaping with no further help from AL and crew, for the rest of his existence. NOT a happy ending for the series, as far as I was concerned.

was that the episode were he leapt in on his actual birthday....in a bar...and was talking to different people he had helped during his leaps...and he had to go tell Beth...that Al was not dead....and then it at the end it went black...and said that Al and Beth had daughters..and "Sam never returned home."...was that the last episode?...i just saw it on SciFi last week..i'm such a nerd...omg.

if i remember right...he did finally leap back home...to the right space and time and body....that was a good show
