If Freedom of Speech is limited then it is no longer a freedom. It then become the things that you are allowed to say or express.

limited freedom of speech is not freedom. Do not try to tell another what they cannot say, just because it hurts you or another. Words are words, and opinions are opinions. Learn to see them for what they are, and the hate that society tries to censor suddenly turns in to tired cliches and inane mantras.

Do not punish those who understand this to keep those who see the words as a form of power from (mis)using them.

IN SCHOOL, MILITARY, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES FREE SPEECH IS LIMITED. YOU CAN NOT GO ON A SCHOOL GROUND TO PROTEST YOU MUST BE WITHIN 200 YARDS IN ORDER TO PROTEST ON A SCHOOL PROPERTY, THE MILITARY BASE IS ITS ON COUNTRY SO TO SPEAK THEY MAKE RULES AND THEY MUST BE FOLLOWED OR SOMEONE CAN GET HURT. GOVERNMENT PROPERTY WILL ALLOW MEETING IN CIVIC HALLS AS LONG AS THE SPEECH IS APPROVED FOR CONTENT AND YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO THE GOVERNMENT TO USE THERE FACILITY FOR A SPEECH OR PROTEST. LIKE YOU CANT SAY BOMB ON A AIRPLANE, THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE SO YOU DONT GET SHOT BY THE UNDERCOVER ABOARD THE PLANE. AS FOR YOUR PRIVATE SPACE YOU CAN SAY WHATEVER YOU WISH TO SAY.

Limited. If I don't want to hear something I should have that right not to hear it.

Unlimited if I choose to be there to listen to it.
