In your first trimester, it's fine. The amniotic sac around the baby will protect it. Once you start showing, I dont think it's possible. It would be to strenous on your body. It's fine to jog and do the normal excercises that you do in your normal life. After the 1st trimests, you need to do non strenous exercises, like walking. There are many birthing exercises that you can do, to make yourself feel better, and make the birthing process easier. Good Luck!!!

after the 1st trimister you are not supposed to do any exercises that involve lying on your back. It will cut the blood flow to the fetus. I am 11 weeks preggo and my dr. told me this. However yoga and walking are fine and will keep you in good shape.
