Don't buy any more cigarettes. Don't light anymore cigarettes. When you have the urge to smoke, focus on something else. Change the habits where you usually smoke, like after dinner go for a walk rather than a smoke. Chew on a lollipop in the car rather than smoke. When you are stressed, practice Yoga or go jogging instead of smoking.

Do not start smoking.When ever you feel like smoking use chewing gum.Donot buy cigarettes in packets and keeep.Quit the company of smokers.Tell every day morning and night "I have stopped smoking and will not start"

I just stopped.No patches or nothing.but i put pure weight on that was the only bad thing
