First of all, you must know when to separate your time. For example, if you and your partner are with your friends, be "with your friends". That doesn't change how you feel about each other. Just because you can't hold hands or PDA, at least you are spending time in each other's company. Keep the PDA to personal time when you are alone. And you say that the only times you see each other is when you're with your friends. Believe me, there are still times when you are with your friends to still show affection to your partner.
Having a healthy relationship is a give and take situation. You have to "take" when you want to spend personal time with your partner. But, be ready to "give" your partner free time to go out with other friends (without you). Don't make it like a prison to where you HAVE to be with your partner everywhere you go. Allow for independence.
Now, for the friends would rather see her thing. Don't worry about it. What you need to do is separate yourself from your mate and become a "friend". Include yourself in conversations. Laugh at jokes made by others. Even a quick "I know what you mean." when someone says something will let them know you're there. After time, they will start to include you on conversations and activities. It won't happen immediately. Give them time and evenutally, you'll be part of the group invitations.

Just tell them how you feel, or come to an agreement, tell them what days you will have her and the rest of the days they can also spend time with her.

They have to accept you're a couple and go do something else. They have to get real and give you your space.
