how would you write a song? Would it have to rhyme? What should it be about? should i have a set tune to it, this is for fun, so dont tell me to go and learn how to play a intrument, i will do that later. any suggestions? tell me what you would do if you were writing a song. no jokes please. thank you!

thak you, someone finally relizes how stupid that song is from Paris Hilton. Bubbly Reggae? thats like Happy Metal music. it cant happen. i live in the carribbean and everyone down here was PISSED lol

itd have to rhyme every so often, the best rhyming is A B A C style (where the first and 3 line in every four line set rhymes, write about watever you think is good, get inspiration from classic rock writers such as beatles, bob dylan, and paul simon

You gotta think that eventually this might be put to music so you have to write with that in mind. A catchy chorus is a big deal. It hooks people. A good format is Intro, Verse 1, chorus, verse 2, chorus, bridge, chorus, coda(end). I'd put some kind of rhyme scheme or pattern with it because the music will have to be structured around the lyrics.

if you want to write your own stuff first when you write start of with a story like a poem and once you have that pick a key and start saying it and make it flow change words around to fit but don't change the meaning of it you'll know if your doing it right cuz it will sound right in your heart........and have fun with it don't stress it'll come to you
