There has been some controversy for quite a long time that the original paul was killed in a car accident in the 1960's and replaced with a look alike/twin. i dont personally believe this but i want to see what you guys think.
p.s- there were supposedly some clues to his death in beatles lyrics and videos!

There's also clues on an album cover. This theory started with the front cover of Abbey Road. Paul is seen walking across the pedestrian crossing bare foot. This seemed to spark some sort of morbid sign that he was dead. Kinda like a mark of respect. Also if you look closely at the album cover, the white volkswagen beetle in the backround has the licence plate 28 IF. As in, will he reach 28? He was 27 at the time of the photo. That would have been 1969.

The idea Paul died is nothing to do with album covers or words in songs it is about people noticing that 'Paul' in many photographs has different teeth, different coloured eyes different ear lobes and is a different hight to Paul from Liverpool. Jim Fetzer a conspiracy theorist is the main proponent of this idea. Most likely the security 'double' used by Paul has been photographed.

I just love conspiracies but I'm not quite sure about this one...he looks way to much like the original pictures before the 1960's...but a good conspiracy though!!

That's proposterous and my reply is a no.And it wasn't Paul .I think ,it was Brian Epstein that was killed in the car accident that you may recal,I'm not absolutely positive,but I did check on it.

Paul died in 1967. His double replaced him at that time, and is the one who had hits with Wings, and married Linda Eastman.

And no, I don't believe that theory (in fact, it's the first time I've heard of it).
