i was going out with this guy and he said he loved me and i said it to him.. but then i found out that he was cheating on me and then i found out it was with a man and he had turned gay but i still love him... is that bad that i still love him!?!!?!?!?!

It's not bad that you still love him. Have you talked to him? If he is fully gay (and not bi) then there really isn't much of a chance for you and your ex romantically. Just talk to him and tell him how you feel and see what he has to say.

No. You can't turn love off and on. But knowing he is with another guy should make it easier to get over him.

I'd be getting over that love and remove myself permanently from this guy's life. Problems like that I don't want or need.
